Beautiful Mind III
The changing motion within this piece investigates the complexity of human nature and reflects upon the double standards of today's society. While celebrating the vulnerability and fragility of our emotions, it hopes to remind us that our mental instability is also sometimes a bi-product of our technology-saturated world.
Alex Kanevsky was a major inspiration for me to take the challenge of producing abstract, spontaneous, large-scale paintings for this series, and masking techniques add to the glitching instability within the painting.
